Jenny Altschuler, Clinical Director

Jenny Altschuler is a consultant clinical psychologist and family psychotherapist who has spent much of her professional life working in the public sector, most recently at the Tavistock Clinic, London. Her work focused on families affected by life limiting illness, trauma and the training of health care professionals. Jenny now works as an independent psychotherapist as well as supervisor and consultant to medical and mental health professionals working in a wide range of health care settings. She has also written extensively on ways of addressing the challenges that illness and trauma present. Jenny has been instrumental in setting up our counselling centres in Kosovo, and continues to oversee the training and supervision of the counsellors who work in these centres. Jenny also oversees the clinical aspects of our Israeli-Palestinian trauma healing and Child Resilience projects. Her expertise is particularly relevant in advising on our HIV/AIDS initiatives, including our Expert Patient Programme and the work of PATA (Paediatric AIDS Treatment for Africa).

 

Liz Clark, Office Manager

Liz Clark looks after the growingOne to One Children's Fund office.  With a background in media and graphic design Liz brings a creative streak, strong organisational skills and a flexible approach to the many and varied tasks of a busy office. Liz has extensive experience in office administration and adds value to our UK drama projects through her postgraduate study and experience of using drama for education and personal / social change.

 



Nathalie Renaud, Programme Director

Nathalie Renaud joined One to One Children’s Fund in June 2008. Nathalie holds a Masters degree with honours in international criminal law and has more than 10 years experience in international development. She first worked as a consultant for the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the European Union (EU) on election observation missions in many countries, such as Bosnia, Macedonia, Sri Lanka, Peru and Kyrgyzstan. Nathalie also worked as a trainer for the EU. Nathalie has been involved in the third sector since 1999 and brings impressive programme management skills to the organisation.
